One of the biggest pieces of advice I give to players in amateur: if a team pays the coach and not you, it's probably a terrible org that has no idea what they are doing.

THIS is how you coach an OQ team to top 16 💅🏻 Do 🚫 *NOT* 🚨 show up to their games, that harbors dependency. Instead queue up for ARAM clash to create an expectation of self-driven performance. The 3-0 🏆 is just the cherry 🍒 on top. One of the most promising new coaches imo 🌶️

Imagine being the team that goes 0-2 day 1 cause you lose to a team got hate seeded. You get reseeded super low because of the new system and your tourney is doomed. If he's going 2 be allowed to play he should be seeded properly out of respect to all the other players in tourney

I know some players who've tried out for his team and apparently he wants to develop them so that they beat academy teams in scrims, and then play LCS teams in scrims. However I've also seen his coaching notes- not happening, he's not a good coach, huge problems in his methods.

Chall players, some with good performances in OQs, and some in the LA area are trying to scab but can't get in contact with LCS managers. LCS managers are reaching out to Dia/M subs for CLoL teams in the LA area. LCS orgs have legit zero scouting infastructure to fall back on lol

How tf is it acceptable to seed teams that went 2-3 last OQ in the 30s? That is straight up fucking disgraceful. Some of the seedings here are the worst I've ever seen. It ended up mostly balancing out but there's people who obviously should never be on the committee again.

Feeling good about mine despite difficult to rate middle of the pack. Put more weight into recent results and tape over name value and theory. Top 6/10 is very strong w/CCG, TFT, LTS upgrades, should be competitive!
