@Codie_Sanchez @JTLonsdale @anduriltech The larger issue is the willingness to change. It's a behavioral mechanism. Many just refuse to change even when "threatened" with loss of jobs i.e. early retirement buy outs.

The biggest reason this occurs is because of a lack in "settlement." Regulated markets i.e. exchanges have procedures for this, for this very reason. Will be interesting to tell when the regulators step in & hammer down on this. May take, sadly, a huge financial loss. #shitcoin
