The taste is fine. It has a really nice mouthfeel but they are a bit stingy on the bergamot.
I live in a soft water area so I used unfiltered tap water but if you have hard water I would recommend filtering.

Btw I should mention that the instructions say to add 130cc of hot water to a mug, cover the mug and steep for 2-3mins.
This method is good!
In my case I use a pot so I can drink some straight then keep steeping and then add milk. Play about with it!! Tea is love tea is life.
