Dear @AirNZMedia requesting extra $$ for 1 bag being 100g over while entitled to an extra 46kg is ridiculous. Entitled to 5 bags & only checking in 3. Not an OHS issue. And your scales were off by 1kg. Poor experience in Queenstown -forced to repack #airnz #baggage #calibration
