Building on this - and it's not me saying in want Amorim gone - but if he leads the club to a 12th/13th place finish without any progress in the cups are the club going to accept that? He's been quite adamant that pain is coming but getting points on the board should also be prio
When Erik ten Hag left Manchester United we were four points off of third place. We’re now 18 points off third. I commend Amorim for sticking to his principles but surely his job is to get points on the board. Being worse off than where your predecessor left us isn’t the job.

@WayneSBarton Totally agree, I've never liked the wholesale chop and change as it doesn't build for the future. With Ashworth gone I'm not sure who is leading the direction of how as a club we should play long term. Also, Amorim's style is different from what has been tried so far post SAF.

@FPLfrasier Spot on. Moyes came in and did his thing, then LvG who bought players for his way of playing. And so on - Ole's last season was the one where it felt he wanted the players for the system he wanted to play.
