Another awesome collaboration with @DonnaFarber3! Among many other experiments, we profiled antigen-responsive T cells across the body for COVID vaccine and flu with CITE-seq. Will be interesting to see if these findings generalize to other viruses and vaccines!
We analyzed immune memory to COVID mRNA vaccines across human tissues and found durable persistence of T cell memory in lymphoid organs and lungs with enhanced regulatory functions compared to blood. @JDavisPorada collaboration with @psimslab @Teijaro_Lab
