Small numbers. Encouraging activity.
Dara+DA-EPOCH in 1L PBL #ASH24: - 15 pts, 1° outcome = ability to give 3 cycles - 11 pts able to get 3 cycles, 85% dose density - 10 pts CR, 1-yr PFS 78%, OS 85% I've used this regimen to good effect; question is if to continue maintenance dara. Phase II ongoing. #lymsm
