🤣 Is hilarious to say that "we don't want to alter the reality" when you are years behind competition in terms of AI. Oh wait, what did you said? "alter the reality?" "Apple Appstore the safest place from where you can get apps?" - have a search and see how many scams are outhere. Have a look how many crypto drainers the review team had approved in 2024 and how many loan apps had @pooniawalla reported.... and you are selling us bs about "we don't want to alter the reality" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Craig Federighi, Apple’s SVP of Software Engineering explains clearly the reasoning behind the limitations of Apple’s photo Clean Up feature. “There were a lot of debates internally. Do we want to make it easy to remove that waterbottle or that mic, because that waterbottle was there when you took that photo. We are concerned that there is a great history to photography and how people view photographic content as something they can rely on as indicative on reality. It's important to us that we help purvey accurate information, not fantasy” It’s safe to say we will never see Apple give us an AI image editing tool that alters people’s faces or generates novel content in pictures.
