Amazing! Preceptee OT being recognised for their professionalism that makes working in teams so great! We have some quality junior OTs working with us @WhitHealth #MondayMotivation
This is Rebecca a B5 OT who is our very deserving Therapist of the Month! Rebecca was nominated for her unfaltering positive attitude, the 100% effort she puts into everything she does & for constantly striving to be the best OT she can be. A true pleasure to work with.

@Jane71499744 @Jane71499744 Could I gain some advice in starting up a transition programme for 3rd year nurses at my Trust. I really want the 3rd year students to know they are valued. Giving them practical tips and advice for that tricky transition. Any advice would be great.

Fantastic, and we know they will be well supported through preceptorship. Having a preceptor on the ward that is welcoming and supportive helps you know you are not alone.
Nabita and Fretzel are just two of our international nurse recruits who received their NMC pin earlier this month. If you are looking for a trust that will support your nursing career,@WhitHealth is for you. Apply at @SharonPilditch @mynameisTymms

@RCNNRN Argree. At the Whittington we have staff who have had there whole careers in the community and love the holistic care they give. I have met many passionate staff who are supportive and value new graduates who help patients in their own home.

@StNurseProject Show your passion and why you want to be there. Don't be afraid to ask what you will receive as well. It can be scary starting your first job but you have been training for this moment and have what it takes! Good luck.
