@RCNNRN Argree. At the Whittington we have staff who have had there whole careers in the community and love the holistic care they give. I have met many passionate staff who are supportive and value new graduates who help patients in their own home.

@StNurseProject Show your passion and why you want to be there. Don't be afraid to ask what you will receive as well. It can be scary starting your first job but you have been training for this moment and have what it takes! Good luck.
