I've said this many places. International coaching jobs are not highly sought after. What most teams get are one of 4 things. 1) Inexperienced, unproven coaches. Argentina and Colombia are good examples. These are your stars rising before they rise.

I hope this is appropriate. If it's not- I'll delete it. I miss Daryl Grove's voice in the US soccer community. His voice was unique, positive, and reasonable. You could depend on going to him and finding that rare uplifting take. I'm drinking a toast to his memory tonight.

This is so sad.Can you imagine going into the game with Algeria - needing the win. And fans - instead of talking about going in to win- go in rooting for a loss to get rid of Bob Bradley? You're ruining the game for yourselves, my friends. You can't enjoy special moments this way

Everyone complaining about Long and Zimmerman like its an addiction. It's 4 years ppl. Whether you like them or not- they'll probably be phased out by the next WC. Chill a bit. Same as beginning of last cycle. Final roster is 4 years in the making. This is first month of that

@fb_duke @AndrewDasNYT At this point it's an excuse at this point. Tuchel is a really good tactical manager but his personnel management is just weird. I think he simply prefers Werner and only really good form by pulisic or horrendous form by Werner forces him off it. Pulisic needs to push for a move

Those calling for Weah at the 9 seem to be missing all the great things Jesus did to create the first goal and press. Also missing why Weah looks good on the wing. he wouldn't' get to use that speed or powerful shot as well as the 9.

I know this isn't popular but GB has the right tactics. We have 2 differences. 1) Players aren't as good 2) We don't have the depth to only play guys in form. Where an elite coach may help is 1) better training on the same tatics and 2) better adjustments in tight games.
