@BenjaminDEKR Maybe another way of thinking about this is that you work for a company and just made an advertisement for its competitor. Oh, and the primary shareholder of your employer has a very public dispute with the guy running the competitor you just said was better.

@THROWBACKS4EVER @TomGarfinkel The only throwback I’m really looking for is to the time when Chris Grier was not our GM.

@elonmusk There is a Constitutional Crisis, but it’s not the one they’re talking about. The crisis is the judiciary blocking a duly elected president- one elected with an overwhelming mandate- from making the reforms he promised throughout the campaign. We the People voted for this!

@RGIII Mahomes is a great QB but do you really have him as 2nd greatest ever?!? I would definitely put him in the Top 10 and maybe cracking the Top 5, but I'm not sure he can be placed (at least not yet) over Montana, Bradshaw, Peyton, and Aikman. Those are who I would have at 2-5.

@neiltyson You actually think an explosion resulted in the formation of human life without Divine intervention. Curious.

@TimKennedyMMA Apple Maps has not changed yet so I reported “something missing” from the area.

@RGIII Queue every player that has left my beloved Phins only to go ball elsewhere - Welker, Tannenhil, Van Ginkel… Even a few coaches have done it - Saban, Fangio, Campbell… We’re like the wet paper towel you use to sprout seeds and then we let them go to bear fruit for others.

@patrickbetdavid I’ve seen it a few times when it comes to receiving an inheritance. One was especially bad, a beneficiary overdosed less than 2 months after receiving it. I tend to talk about money as an enhancer. It enhances what you already are.

If an NGO is under the control of the government, then it would be deemed a "state actor." As such, the NGO would be subject to the same constitutional limitations as a governmental entity. In other words, governmental funding of NGO's without formal control by the government is the vehicle used by governmental entities to sidestep the Constitution's restraints on government. The government has done this many times. A recent example is when the federal government essentially deputized phone carriers to collect data on US citizens and then provided itself access to said data via emergency powers via the PATRIOT Act.
