Back in the previous administration, I don’t recall Democratic lawmakers or party members like them ever challenging Biden on education, inflation, or urban infrastructure. At least, I never saw it. I was a Democrat supporter until 2021, but I’ve always believed that simply throwing money at the vulnerable doesn’t lead to urban prosperity. Without infrastructure, cities can’t grow. And without thriving cities, there’s no real future for those in need. Yet, I don’t remember a single Democrat calling out the White House on this back then. Maybe the media just didn’t cover it? But now, suddenly, I’ve noticed that these same Democrats seem to be working overtime—pressuring the president on infrastructure, inflation, and more. Why now? Did President Trump’s policies push them to finally take action? What do you think?
