This has nothing to do with phones. Malls closed, arcades are practically gone, movies are expensive, no loitering signs everywhere, skating rinks and even some skate parks are closed, kids get harassed if they go anywhere, and the list goes on. The one saving grace people had.

So random scenario. I sold a guy some cards. Had a friend pack orders for me. Guy gets card and claims I sent him a counterfeit. I'm usually good for check those. He cuts a corner and sends it back for a refund. I get card back. it's was an Alt. 4th edition, not counterfeit.

For the record, Meathook Massacre is still a ridiculous MTG cards. Probably the most un-fun card in current Standard. Mostly because it's in nearly everything with black mana and it doesn't require skill at all. You also fee obligated to play it when possible. 1/2.
