@leemishima666 You have Bryan and Paul at S tier with weak i10/ws i11, then Steve and Hei at the bottom tiers who can do half health off of just four punishes that are situationally confirmable. Steve also got the most reliable whiff punish in the game and Hei has elec/df1*2. Odd priorities

@ReckFGC Haha, unfortunately wasn’t around for Bruce’s reign. Definitely curious! I think Josie was a more interesting character than a lot of people thought and it was pretty cool having such a basic character play the game so differently to most in 7.
