@ATinyGreenCell P.p.s. Full disclosure, I worked for NCTC for a couple of years, they’re publicly funded and part of our public health agency in the UK. Difficult to overstate the amount of work that ATCC is doing/has done with their genomic data - especially standardisation and traceability!
