I’m being completely serious, not joking the slightest bit, Biden should sue him for defamation. Straight up unambiguous slander has become far too normalized in politics and strong medicine is needed to make it stop.

The greatest coup of the Democratic Party was making it reputationally costly to vote for Trump. I will provide a litany of very serious problems with Kamala and the Democratic Party and even people in my life with whom I am close will say, “So, what are you going to vote for

It’s almost always conservatives saying this. The truth is, most libs could live fulfilled lives being friends only with other libs. It’s conservatives, especially the reasonably educated ones, who desperately don’t want to be siloed with one another. We all kinda know this.

One of the cool things about Twitter is that a Supreme Court Justice can cite a scholar and the scholar can respond in real time about how the Justice misunderstood his work. It’s actually incredible when you think about it.

2/ Alito's dissent cites my work 8 times, which is lovely and all, but the dissent is wrong, and a remotely attentive reading of that work would make it clear why.

I've said this before, but a Biden loss would be the end of big government program leftism for at least a generation. The lesson that Democrats would learn is that even mild inflation is electoral poison. You cannot have big expensive social welfare programs with that outlook.

It’s incredible to see a New York Times journalist straight-up lie his ass off. What people yelled about was him claiming that Biden promised to serve one term, which indisputably is false. This guy is a liar with no credibility, and the Times loses credibility by not firing him.

Your father in law overturned a presidential election to install his party's candidate by blocking a recount on grounds so self-evidently pretextual that the opinion warned courts not to cite it in future cases. When people asked him about it later, he told them to get over it.

The reason it has to be Harris isn’t that she deserves it or is particularly talented. It’s that there’s an objective rationale for her specifically that no one else has. Without that, the floodgates open and every candidate has their special pleading for why it should be them.

Leftists deserve a lot of credit for making clear very early after the debate that they'd support Harris and wouldn't use Biden dropping out as an opportunity to push for one of their own. I think that defused a lot of fear about what the aftermath of Biden dropping out would be.
