I’ve seen Cas beaten far worse than that, but rarely has a loss felt so deflating. Just kept repeating the same failed tactics for 80 mins & nobody had the bollocks to try to change it. No go forward from the pack, everything lateral from the backs & right edge defence paper thin

The referee dismissed a player from the field of play for this tackle. That’s right Cas were reduced to 12 men for a period for a player having to receive medical attention after a high late tackle. Absolute madness

Strikes are taken to highlight the issues to pressure bosses to give a better deal. Striking today will highlight nothing as it will gain no coverage, so it would only lose those on strike a days pay. Better to leave it a couple of weeks til it can get the coverage it needs

I’ve seen us beaten by worse scores, but you always felt players were putting in a shift, they just got bettered. Tonight was different, it looked like some players just gave up, didn’t put in a shift, & that was awful to watch. Not felt this bad watching Cas since 1st relegation
