@ubereats_uk how do you think it acceptable to only return 20% of the cost of a meal when it was delivered cold and inedible due to the fact that you had numerous driver accept the cancel the delivery. The responses I have been getting through the app are not acceptable #WRONG

@ubereats_uk can you please explain why my order is not eligible for refund when my food took ages and arrived cold and inedible. You had your driver do 2 orders on the way to me this is unacceptable. Is this the correct way to treat customers?
