Self-Custody Stacking — Payouts Status Since the January announcement of the 20th February transition, we're rapidly approaching 500K PLU paid out, with most (~250K PLU) distributed since free payouts went live on 30th January. On-chain data:

Free Payout: Ticket Status Update 1. Auto-Eligibility Review Results Over 250 tickets were received to review auto-eligibility for our new loyalty feature, free payouts. Over 30% of customers qualified and have been granted access, with the remaining notified via email with further details and available options. 2. Auto-Eligibility Issuance Completed Additionally, all user data has been thoroughly reviewed, and the auto-eligibility review for all customers is now complete. Those who qualified have been notified with their access details. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us with supporting details, and we will gladly reassess your case. However, if you haven't received an email about auto-eligibility, it means you're not eligible and must explore other available options. 3. New Reward Level Unlocks If you have recently unlocked a new reward level (or a sub-level for Veteran+), rest assured you will be notified via email this week. 4. Tickets Created Since 5th February If you have recently created a ticket to have your account re-assessed, rest assured you will be contacted this week with the updates. 1. Conceptual Proposal & Community Vote: Please note, this is a conceptual proposal and not a final plan. No changes will proceed without full details, community input, and regulatory compliance. PLU Rewards on the new chain will be renamed to distinguish them from the rare PLU on the legacy chain. Full details will be shared after the 20th February transition and put to a vote before implementation in Q2 2025. 2. Notification & Transfer Period: Once confirmed, everyone will receive an email with a 30-day notice, giving you plenty of time to make decisions. If approved, you’ll have time to transfer PLU from your internal balance to an external one. After the announced date, all PLU earned in-app will only be available for payouts on the new chain. 3. Self-Custody Stacking: Rare PLU: Only rare PLU from the original chain will be eligible for self-custody stacking for progressing on Reward Levels & CRY. PLU from the new chain will not work for this purpose. 4. PLU for Utility Redemptions: Rewards on the new chain will be limited to utility redemptions and cannot be used for self-custody stacking. These rewards will be redeemable for utilities with a minimum £/€10 value per PLU, with improved card top-ups on PlutusSwaps (terms apply). Questions?
