Once again wondering what the point of making an appointment at @nycoralsurgeon is when they take walkins before actual appointments. So glad I scheduled early for what I was told would be 1st appointment of the day only to arrive and be told there are five people ahead of me.

Once again, @uber predicts a dropoff time they can’t meet because the drivers they had “1 minute away” turn out to be be 6+ min away. Freezing my ass off and very annoyed en route to surgery
