@Chris_Klazz I was only responding to his specific points but with this angle, it could both fraud and embezzlement. Clearly he has breached his legal and fiduciary duties. Right now im actually curious to know how much his fellow directors (ex and present) knew and encouraged it.

Unless you’re referring to internal dispute resolution, that time barred stuff makes no sense. NIUK cannot unilaterally impose any time limitation on claims. Legal rights are determined by law not by your timelines.

The community is whatever you want it to be. It’s really not that deep at the end of the day. All this structure jazz should not prevent you from finding your tribe, asking your questions and getting whatever info you want.

I see the concerns about elections turning too political. I think the constitution should clearly ban financial inducements during elections. Anyone that violates that rule should be disqualified or suspended. Infact have a whistleblowing contact for people to anonymously report
