Journal Club time alla UONPIA del Policlinico Maggiore! Lunedì io e la collega Golia abbiamo tenuto una discussione sull'efficacia della #DBT come #trattamento transdiagnostico per il miglioramento non solo della #disregolazioneemotiva ma anche del #funzionamentocognitivo.🤓

Ieri abbiamo lavorato sul modulo “Abilità di Regolazione Emotiva” del Programma di Skills Training Multi-familiare DBT-orientato. E' stato emozionante vedere le coppie di genitori e figli guardarsi negli occhi, sorridere e considerare un possibile “Elenco di attività piacevoli"!
