I call for a Bill which stays any ruling on a coequal branch by a single unelected federal judge until a decision is reached by a full panel from a U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in the original jurisdiction. They are coequal branches, and a check needs to be placed on the Judicial Branch. It is far too much power for a single unelected federal judge to have when they alone can stop the actions of either the Legislative or Executive branches. They have abused their power too frequently.
