coming on here to say that iβm choosing recovery. i had a meeting with my coaches today and i realized that i care too much about volleyball to throw it away for thinness. if i value my longterm health, then i need to prioritize fueling my body properly. wish you all the best π©·

i was almost not allowed to practice today because i lost 2 poundsβ¦ over 2 pounds?? are you serious??? i only lost 2 pounds whatβs the fucking issue?? god i just wish everyone would leave me alone and let me get worse

i think i want to semi-recover?? i desperately want to get back on the court and restricting in this way wonβt help me do that. if i canβt play & lift, then i wonβt be able to reach my physique goals anyways. once i heal, i will be focusing on eating for optimal performance.
