Every year, as winter sets in, our field is prepped to become our ice rink. πŸ’β„οΈ Students and staff work together to line the base, flatten the area, build rink boards and flood the area with water. The ice rink hosts many activities that support youth in their growth.

Snow can't stop us! ❄️ Even though there is some snow on the ground, don't let it stop you from enjoying the great outdoors. The wilderness (even in Winter!) exposes and calls upon the strengths of the mind, body, spirit and emotions, creating opportunities to begin rebuilding.

Our wonderful kitchen team serves up nourishment beyond healthy and delicious meals! 🫢 It is a big part of why they won the Nancy Hamm award last year (which is an annual honour that recognizes the continued commitment and resilience of our exceptional staff team!).

Staff like Brendon McGrann are what make the positive, supportive culture at Pine River what it is. It is incredible to see what alumni parents and students, and staff have to say about their experience with Brendon. πŸŽ‰
