@MikeEwins @joncolman @newsandstar That’s exactly what it is. At Bradford he wasn’t that interested in the day to day and left that to Glynn Hodges but lived for match day.

@MsiDouglas @Jason_Mckeown I couldn’t believe it when hearing he was interested in our job. He really brought the feel good factor back. But unfortunately I think his downfall was probably that he appeared only really motivated by match day and not everything else the job entails.

@Odoh_Szn @jonathanandgill @DMAC102 I think it’s a fair to say that those who you expected to stand up and be leaders didn’t do so. Losing players like JCH and Josh Knight I’m sure had an impact too. Agree 100% on Sam Hughes, they need that peer accountability when things go wrong.

But how do you know they won’t turn out well. We had kids even at the start of the season I thought wouldn’t make it and with some experience are now first on the team sheet. It’s almost impossible to replace the talent you lost immediately - it took Harrison and Ronnie a while to turn into what they did. As an outsider, while I completely get the frustration with losing, it seems a bit of patience may help before writing this generation of players off.

It’s crazy that some fans of all clubs turn so quickly into just such hatred. There are 24 clubs in each league and not every one can win every week. This is the first time in years that Posh have not competed for promotion in L1. It maybe hard to hear when on a bad run of form but they are the envy of so many other clubs.
