Something for our golfers to consider for strength training Appreciate the description too @Etpi
Split squats can be a great option for golfers. They allow you to go through a wide range of motion, and get some quality lower limb strength and hypertrophy work in without much axial load, or systemic fatigue. By lengthening the stance and maintaining a more upright shin angle you can place more emphasis on the glutes/hips, while shortening the stance and allowing the knee to travel further forward will give slightly more emphasis to the quads.
