After the game last night, Donncha was asked by a media person to wave at someone in the terrace as he walked down the tunnel. Instead, DOC sought out the person, opened the gate to the terrace and went up to them. Shook hands, chatted & stood in for pics. Giant amongst heros.

Today at Thomond Park was one of the great days to be at Thomond Park At 2:30 I thought it was going to be a mediocre crowd, by kick off it was close to full The noise was unreal, celebrating turnovers, knock-ons like they were scores It was a proper club day and victory #SUAF

I see history being re-written again today, this time in relation to how Munster destroyed Joey. No mention of his injuries or how badly Schmidt treated him in the 2019 RWC. All I can say, it was a pleasure to watch him when he was fully fit for us and a real shame to see him go

Or 40% regularly use eircode. Eircode is excellent for non structured addresses, esp in rural Ireland. Not so important in urban addresses

I can't get over the negativity to hearing an Aldi store is going to open in the city centre. The city has been crying out for an Aldi or Lidl, it's being built on a car park and it will bring footfall to another corner of the city.

Obviously I'm happy for the players but I'm absolutely delighted for Rowntree & co, they've introduced new systems and we've left points behind us in earlier matches that are putting us under pressure in the table but we dug that out tonight. Huge, huge win.

Thoughts on the Irish Squad In a squad of 40+ players you'd have to ask what does Kleyn, Haley and Hodnett need to do to get into it. Other than that, can't wait for the RWC and see us get past the QFs

@GavinDuffy We can get very close to our politicians, incidents like this may reduce that accessibility to us. I'm not a fan of Leo, I'm not a fan of a lot of politicians but in my wildest dreams I can't see myself ever doing something like that. I really hope she's held accountable

To put our draw with Exeter in context, they've won their 6 premiership games with BP wins. They top their league by PD. They only scored one try yesterday, 10 points in total and no score in the 2nd half. Our defence was excellent, esp in the dying mins. #SUAF

@IrishTimes @IrishTimesBiz In Ireland we really love to force people to commercial rest areas, on the continent, there are rest areas with playground, toilets and dog walking facilities to encourage rest breaks but in Ireland we like to be a nanny state

At the Leinster match the Munster subs ran out to warm up during the game, a guy next to me was dismissive of our bench I highlighted Billy Holland on it as a great guy to have come on - he wasn't for agreeing. After the last two games I wonder had he changed his view of Billy.

What annoys me most about our SF yesterday was how @btsportrugby went out if it's way to almost make Billy Vunipola the victim. They owe their viewers a huge apology in how they handled their coverage. One interviewer was seen apologise to him for the interview.

Exeter, top of Premiership table, 9 BP wins out of 10 wins, top (50 in 12 games) try scorers this season. Over both fixtures Munster win 6-3 and hold them to two tries in 160mins of rugby. Hard to complain with that.
