Agreed. The best solution is to scrap the visa programs and create a new one. A new one - without country caps - no lottery - absolutely necessary roles that cannot be filled with American citizens - public resumes (without names) so we can see no American met qualifications - minimum salary - attach visa to individual, not the company, so they can entertain competing offers. Etc Don’t fix a broken system, delete and replace.

The taxes are taxes (hate them but let’s just say for the sake of argument they’re unchanged) the deficit accrued due to fraud accrues interest and it compounds.
