@CFDevelop There's a difference between using AI as an enabler and creating a product containing AI. I'm way more efficient and can take on much more advanced work. But adding magic AI dust 🪄 to your product is not for the faint of heart. Great way to lose your shirt when the hype fades.

To be clear, the reason to focus on DEI is to make your business more effective and profitable! Diversity on your team isn't some kind of charity, it simply broadens your perspective. Groupthink isn't some new fangled concept.
