@MugginsMcS Such a great ensemble but, the blessed Madeline Kahn stole the show for me. Whom among us cannot identify with Mongo's philosophical observation:" Mongo only pawn...in game of life"?! It's Twoo...

@NUFCCrues Hugh McIIvanney is a great shout. Great sports journalist:" Ali could pick poppies in a minefield & never miss a bloom". I'd like Groucho Marx & Peter Ustinov there as well. Who would pick up the cheque though? Certainly not the perpetually skint Orson Welles!!

@Freelineorlando @chamindu_janith @OldCarLongRoad @PedroPerico75 @milanpaurich @hermannkarlovic @roger_bakes @CarloDallapicc1 @JaneNightshade @ihateclaims @AMclenon @mecalnan Have you read the book, 'My Lunches with Orson' from 2013? It contains transcripts of conversations between Welles & Henry Jaglom in the early to mid '80s. Orson is disgracefully indiscreet about a lot of the big names in Hollywood. @RalphMcLeanShow @Dannythechamp @LooseMusic Thanks for the wonderful Judee Sill special last night. Her music is paradoxically melancholy, yet inspiring. Another major talent that got away like Donny Hathaway & Lowell George, '79 was a rough old year...

RT @lnrrlnr: 「Heartfood / Judee Sill」 73年。1st派が大多数ですが、自分は断然この2nd派です。音楽っていいな、って聞くたびに思わせてくれる数少ない音楽。彼女は二枚のアルバムを残して他界してしまいましたが、後に三作目の為に録音されていたデ…
