@KeithKow @BadarMian1 @mikestern87 Definitely reasonable to proceed with tx, but also to continue AS (would get genomic testing first and mng as if GG2) b/c of one impt line - that pt wants AS. With that strong a FH he’s probably well aware of risks and has thought about it clearly.
