After reading the venerable dead on the doctrine of God, justification, sanctification, etc., you should then read them on politics, and take them just as seriously.
For their whole lives, young men have seen only disgusting freaks praised and paraded around as victims. But they see this image, courage and victory captured, and a new possibility of being has opened before them. The future is rightwing.
If the hate group “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence” was anti-Islam instead of anti-Catholic there is zero chance the

When the evangelical elite talk about "persuasion" in the public sphere, they usually assume the following ethos:
1) Punch Right; thoughtfully engage Left.
2) Ascribe good faith to the Left (despite many reasons not to) and ascribe bad faith to the Right.
People like Owen seek to “crush” enemies, but they do it with passive-aggression, effeminate rhetoric, Jesus-Juking, and behind-the-scenes maneuvering.
The more they criticize overt aggression, the more aggression they exert covertly.
This is utterly inexcusable. I'm tired of how the debate over political violence always devolves into who's worse. Condemn it all. None of it is justified.

. But this is only the tip of the iceberg. I guarantee you that it is 10x more active behind the scenes, leveraging institutional power to get everyone to support whatever pain they have planned for her.
This doesn’t make any sense. If America is a Protestant country (as he acknowledges), then the America of Fuentes’ “America First” can’t refer to the American people (who are ancestrally and presently Protestant). It has to refer to ideas but not traditional American ideas. So
Boomercon evangelicals will try to destroy your life if you:
1) write an abstract political theory in support of ethno-states.
2) do not support a certain ethno-state in the Middle East.
The Christian right will continue to grow, especially among young people, because
1) the Christian left demands self-hatred
2) the old “conservatives” a) are incapable of speaking honestly about social phenomena, b) rely on tired and false postwar tropes/narrative, and c) have
My friend Thomas Achord has lost his job after bad and resentful people used his name in an attempt to discredit me and my book. So I’m announcing that 100% of the royalties I receive from now until Christmas will go to him and his family. Please RT.

Remember when they condemned you in 2016 for voting for Trump? Well now their friends are voting for the most pro-abortion candidate in history and they’re silent.
Immigrants might be "social conservatives" in their nation of origin but that will not make them social conservatives in their host country. Their concerns here aren't universal moral concerns but material ones, and so they'll vote for whatever maximizes their material benefit.
Megan is right. The negation “should not politicize” entails the positive: “should tolerate,” which itself is a form of politicization. What a community chooses to tolerate is deeply political.
Pastors who insist that we not politicize some issue are telling us to tolerate
The vast majority of Republicans just voted for a bill to criminalize criticisms of the Israeli government. If the bill passes you will be guilty of hate speech if you “apply double standards” to the government of Israel or accuse it of genocide. This is honestly one of the most
The "we lose down here" crowd is perfectly willing to win when it comes to suppressing racism or antisemitism. They recognize, at least tacitly, the power to win, and they participate in winning when they socially and economically crush the racist.

Christian nationalist pastor Joel Webbon says Americans are "degenerates" and therefore the Constitution doesn't work anymore, so this nation needs a Caesar-like dictator who "Constitution be dammed, just rules with an iron fist."
A young black man, while filming it, targeted a retired white police chief on his bicycle, ran the man over, and killed him. The national media has barely touched the story. If the races were reversed, it'd be a major story. We all know that's the case.
Reminder that very few people in Christian history believed that "love your neighbor" means that you must love all equally. And, of course, none of you do anyway, because it would make you a moral monster to those whom you have particular responsibilities (eg your children).
Can't solve the border crisis. Can't confront foreign aggression. Can't end opioid deaths and rising suicides. Can't reverse rising criminality. Can't keep boys out of girls sports...
But they will blatantly violate the 1A on behalf of Israel. You must notice and ask why?
Making "religious liberty" your main concern in politics is a politics of losers. The world around you can crumble, every good and beautiful thing can be turned into evil and ugliness, but hey at least your "religious expression" is tolerated by the degenerate hordes. It's
Abortion politics is very strange. Many people are intensely pro-life but also unwilling to recognize basic demographic facts about pro-life support. They will strongly support immigration policies that work against the pro-life cause. Weird.

I'd add that "Judeo-Christian" has two fundamental principles:
1) If it's good for the Jews, it's good for everyone.
2) If it's bad for the Jews, it's bad for everyone.
Every acceptable idea and policy must follow these principles. The starting question is, "Is this good or

The "Judeo" in Judeo-Christian is and has been in the 20th century in particular an intentional move towards a universalized and globalist ethic. America isn't Judeo-Christian, certainly wasn't founded as such. It is Protestant and Christian.
Judaism post-70 AD is apostasy and
Until the 1960s, these were givens in American ethnic relations:
1. America is an Anglo-protestant country (dominant ethnicity).
2. Newcomers were expected to conform to that ethnicity (conformist mode of assimilation).
For most of American history, there was a dominant and
The great irony in the

C.S. Lewis non-scholar here! What a great Lewis quote.
"I think love for one’s country means chiefly love for people who have a good deal in common with oneself (language, clothes, institutions) & in that is very like love of one’s family."
Conservatives attack anonynimity because they know that their best "argument" against anyone to their right is exposing their names to the ravenous dogs to their left.
It’s been a year since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Since then, 14 states have banned most abortions, leaving millions of women and girls with nowhere to turn for the care they need.
And yet, there are reasons to hope.
After Roe v. Wade was overturned, voters in
April 17th is Lone Bulwark day, a day to celebrate and thank the most hated group in America — the white evangelical.
May they continue to oppose moral insanity, and make America great again.
"white evangelicalism" is relentlessly attacked by the left and center-right, but a guy says something positive about them and he's called "racist". Weird.
It's as if the established rhetorical norms require you to hate this group.
Reminder that the type of Christian who denounces your “obsession” with power will be the first to see that you are fired, deplatformed, doxxed, and ruined.
