#M23 in the process of taking over #Goma in Eastern #DRC, as it did late 2012. This time, Rwanda's thinly veiled involvement is a farce. For Congolese, it is just as much a tragedy. Let's hope the international community steps up with unrelenting pressure on Kigali.
