@bluthwayne77 Yeah, when we bought we had to make some concessions because the housing market was (and is still) shit. And not having a street-facing driveway with a dedicated spot extant was one of them. Thankfully it won’t be for much longer.

@bluthwayne77 I have back alley access and am putting in a parking pad back there this summer, but until then I must park on the street Mind you, I have 1 car. The duplex across the street has 6 total vehicles for four people - all parked on the street (not counting their guests).

@unheardparent This is also why I hate publicly funded election campaigns. It’s compelled speech. My tax money goes to pay for a politician that I hate’s political promos.

@alty5745 @TheWarKitchen Yes. My grandmother had 11 kids and four of them were after 40 (including my mother). My best friend (who is a doctor) was born to a 47-year-old mother. Some women are fertile into middle age. It’s fine!

@BenforOregon I have looked at County and City jobs - all that I’m imminently qualified for - but I refuse to apply because I will not write a DEI statement.
