@Gingerroot775 @ArmandDoma yes the funding was cut maybe 7 days ago and in less than week he made the decision to lay off 30 people immediately and shut down 19 labs 2 months from now. it's almost like there was no attempt to find alternative funding

@ArmandDoma It seems crazy to me that they must have been informed that their funding from USAID being cut maybe 7 days ago? -> now they're shutting down seventeen labs across the country? Was there no opportunity to get private funding or grants from the Department of Agriculture?
