Renewed @pavlenexā€™s grant. Pav is one of the smartest and most boundary-pushing PMs in all of bitcoin. His talent is surpassed only by Pav 2, a prototype weā€™ve been developing in @jackā€™s garage that will hopefully result in a Pav 3, a Pav 4, and eventually, a Pav Singularity.
