and this is why free speech is the most important human right. we humans, are literally, biologically, designed… for dialogue. if we can’t speak freely with each other, we can’t honor our humaneness. free speech is essential for humans.
If we were designed to think solo, monologue would be easier than dialogue. Dialogue involves INCREDIBLY complex acts of prediction, coordination, task-switching and mind-reading--yet we find it MUCH easier than monologue. Why? Maybe thinking is a bicycle built for 2.

@lex_node i voted against the proposal in this shape. but even if the proposal passes, the service provider to be chosen is still to be selected, so you guys should still put your hat in the ring so that the Arbitrum DAO gets the best service for the best price.
