@OdedRechavi budget, simple elegant experiments need repetitive and time consuming methods, they are extremely reliable cus you can reproduce, but we need more human hands on the bench and that means more time paying more salaries with grants that are short and give less and less money

1/9 Resistance training with varying numbers of variables (load, sets, weekly frequency) potently increases muscle strength and mass. However, the optimal approach for strength and hypertrophy is still up for debate. This is the most up-to-date research on it. Thread.
