Try reading it. Nowhere is the Supreme Court the final arbiter. Ignoring blatantly unconstitutional judicial orders from a lower Court that violate the separation of powers is the easy path. Trump is playing 3D chess and may play it out much differently by not taking the easy route. He has to pick his battles.

@ShalFarley @DefiyantlyFree Exactly and Andrew Jackson didn't listen to the Supreme Court mandate barring Georgia from intruding on Cherokee lands. Jackson said "The chief justice has made his ruling. Now let him enforce it" What each branch can do, or even get away with, depends on the other two.

@ShalFarley @DefiyantlyFree You mean the Supreme Court has decided that's their job. Again it's the duty of the Supreme Court to do its job but it is not Superior to the other branches. All three branches of government are co-equal.
