Secondly, where is the deterrent? I have been calling for the allocation of hot spots, if the same spot is fly tipped three times then cameras automatically are installed. The amount of money being wasted on the admin/ working hours and collection fees must be huge

who'd picked up my earlier tweet about the awful mess at Clippers Quay. Investigative work by them has added to the story - the mess is the responsibility of Grainger PLC, who have committed to clear it up
