Crews are on scene for a break in a 12" water line in Bliss Meadows subdivision. Spencer to South Meadow & from Bliss Meadows to Sinclair. This could also impact the businesses on the south side of Spencer between Bliss Meadows to Sinclair. We currently anticipate 4-6 hours.
