cascara is a nice laxative but i think it's overblown. have taken 400mg for a few days and it's done nothing for my acne and only a mild laxative effect. should i take more?

woke up with a nasty taste in my mouth, acne is worse too. i am now totally 100% sure that all of my skin diseases are gut derived. colostrum+carrot salad helps but minor deviations on diet or other activities greatly affect my gut.

What would be a good way to fend off stress? P5/P4/DHEA, cypro, thyroid, metergoline, fat and water soluble vitamins haven't helped. Thinking quinine, lisuride or harmalan.
I have new acne theory: cystic is bc of gut issues, whiteheads/oily skin due to stress.

Ate boar for the first time ever. Surprisingly lean, it had some spicy and crunchy spots. Very good, had to jump through many hoops to eat it but idk if i would do it again. The restaurant gifted us a glass of red wine with berries, it tasted like yogurt, very good too!

Very happy to report more than 2 bowel movements today. Lowered my thyroid dose, slept like 10 hours, ate a lot of fruit and had soup for lunch. Studied quite a bit. Now that i think about it I've been very productive this weekend.
