When first salaried the rate of pay for MPs was £400 per annum. The value of this today would be £50,188. Their basic salary in 2022 is £84,144. MPs should not be lecturing anyone about pay restraint. Solidarity with @RMTunion.

Dear @JamesCleverly I work in a centre advising people every day on benefits and housing. Although a brilliant film the reality is actual worse than portrayed. I suggest you spend a day at a citizens advice bureau or law centre to understand the impact of your policies.

Starmer’s apparent obsession by @jeremycorbyn and anything Jeremy does or who he associates with is increasingly bizarre. It clearly displays a deep insecurity about his own abilities.

I am happy to confirm that I will be standing as an independent Parliamentary Candidate in Harrow West at the next General Election. It’s where I live, work and where I was a councillor for 8 years. Follow this account for more details of how to get involved. #Changeiscomingsoon.

Stella Creasy is wrong. Not being able to parade your baby in Parliament is not what puts women off politics. It’s the institutionalised bullying, misogyny, racism and daily defamation of socialist women such as @ApsanaBegumMP whilst Creasy et al turn a blind eye that does that.

I am absolutely appalled at things I am reading tonight. @jeremycorbyn deserves an immediate apology. @Keir_Starmer.

After 30 years or more as an avid listener I have finally this morning switched off @BBCr4today and the silence is rather lovely.

On this socialist Sunday I pay tribute to @jeremycorbyn. The reluctant leader who has come to represent the hopes of so many for a fairer society. Every day he faces abuse yet remains polite, dignified & resolute in his aim to make the world a little better for us ordinary people.

The MSM including the supposedly liberal @Independent are running smear stories attacking @jeremycorbyn to deflect from the fact they are all failing to report on the biggest political scandal of our time @AJEnglish Labour files. This is why our country is in this dreadful state.

This threat was posted by Luke Akehurst after Labour councillors signed a letter in support of then labour leader @jeremycorbyn. I am on that list. No one who conducts themselves in such a way should hold any office. Yet he sits on Labours NEC.

I can say categorically without any hesitation @jeremycorbyn would never try to take credit for something someone else achieved.

I have been contacted by so many people this evening, members and non members, who have read the leaked report and are so upset and angry. Where are all those in the PLP who were so constantly ready to criticise @jeremycorbyn. The sound of silence is deafening.

I think @AaronBastani and @michaeljswalker at @novaramedia are to be commended for their recent reporting on the crisis within the Labour Party. The leadership appear completely oblivious to the anger of members. The silence of the mainstream media of course speaks volumes.

You abstained. You had the opportunity to put your constituents first but put your career first. Means testing is never the answer and now many pensioners will go.without heating. How dare you on a salary of over £92,000 make a decision to cut the income of those on £12,000.
As I walk into Parliament, I find myself deeply reflecting on the decision I made yesterday. Choosing not to support the Government was not easy; it’s a choice I wrestled with until the very last moment. I also could not vote for Rishi Sunak’s motion either. I genuinely

So 2019 was the year I was privileged to stand in the General Election with @jeremycorbyn as leader with the best manifesto and most inspiring activists. In the words of the much missed Bob Crow If you fight you won’t always win. If you don’t fight you will always lose.

The MSM spent 5 years trying to convince us @jeremycorbyn, a fundamentally decent person, was a dangerous monster. We now have a government responsible for the deaths of thousands of citizens, corruptly allowing its mates profit out of the pandemic rather than protect us. Crooks.

The practices now adopted by the Labour leadership; retrospective application of rules, presumption of guilt till proven innocent, proscribing & banning are measures you expect to find in oppressive regimes not in OUR party.#IStandWithPamelaFitzpatrick *.

It’s a sad day when a Labour leader, yes a Labour Leader, bans Labour MPs from supporting trade unionists in their industrial struggle. An even sadder day when so many Labour MPs meekly follow such orders. Really need to decide. Which side are you on? Solidarity with @RMTunion.

How any Labour MP has the audacity to go on TV today and blame @jeremycorbyn for the thousands of deaths caused by Johnson and his crooked government is beyond belief. Do your job or let someone more competent do it.
