Post mortem 🧵: We started seeing issues crop up about 2 weeks ago. It appeared minor, we were also seeing increased traffic and so we kept an eye on things. Last week, the bug took Pally's front end down. Our staging environment (1:1 with Production) was working just fine (confused us!) making tracking down the bug that much more challenging.

We are making changes to our process - similar to messages in Discord. Pally users deserve more from us. We are ready to deliver on a better Pally and help provide the best user support (leading with Discord). The many private DMs are appreciated. The Pally community is incredible.
