My take was in reference to this upcoming season only. From what I'm reading in various comments, quite a few dodger fans are, with respect, relieved he's not coming back. On the other hand, I'm glad Kershaw will be back. My opinion for both is the same. They probably don't have a lot left in the tank and it benefits us if the dodgers hold on to them, past their prime, for nostalgia. That being said, I agree 100% both are/were studs and in their prime, lights out. Legends even.
