strategically they can't. neighbouring countries aren't a threat. actual threats are farther. if, for example, iran send troops - they'll be dust way before they come anywhere near. if iran gets nukes and launches them, iran will be wiped off the map first. israel will survive.

I never can get an answer to this... what apartheid? 21% of the country is Arab. Israel right now is: 22% Religious Jews, 18% Muslim, 4.8% Samaritans/others, 2% Christian, and 1.6% Druze.
Apartheid would require the above to be 100% Jews.

Yeah, I've seen those screenshots of articles "heaven for pedos" - eventually I decided to find and read some - they turned out to be anti-pedo. Basically misleading titles, or out of context clips. Pretty sure the whole country will rise if any known pedo will enter Israel.

it makes sense to split captured/surrendered into 4 groups: men,boys,women,girls. but parents/kids want to stay together; so at least 6 groups. operational complexity increases 3x, but risk increases exponentially. i do agree - more should be done to reduce exposing younglings.
