I believe it tests functional core and arm strength… but not entirely sure.

New England (my team) has one of the worst uniforms in the NFL. One of the biggest downgrades in jersey history, IMO.
Was holding out hope that the Patriots would elevate silver pants to primary status this season. But looks like the blue unitard is still the star of the show.

I think players still need to grow out of their HS tendencies. They were doing the cha-cha off the line and getting 5 stars for it... thats not gonna slide in the NFL.

Great job staying deep while still being able to trigger downhill... this is cover 3 executed perfectly.
Notice how he breaks towards the man and not the space between the man and the ball. Good job taking the safer angle so can make a tackle if he doesnt disrupt the pass.
