@RinsolaAbiola Agreed on miscommunication, but I can argue that state creation is also a symptom of the problems I mentioned. People feel marginalized and feel that having their own states will bring developmnt. My theory is if they get developmnt, there will be fewer state creation supporters.

@da_Reyyy @Osi_Suave Infrastructure investment will make them more viable. They won't become viable without any investment. Just because it's hard doesn't mean impossible we shouldn't abandon hope.
