@KarelBrinda @MicrobioSoc Yes, these are the original assemblies. Great work, so no need to repeat it. All samples were tax. classified at the assembly level with GTDB-tk, and where applicable MLST-typed.

Im/Export-Beträge beziehen ja nicht die Oppotunitätskosten des inländigen Braunkohle- oder Atomstroms zu den exakten Zeitpunkten mit ein. Strom im Ausland günstiger -> Import, Strom im Inland günstiger -> Braunkohleverstromung
